Information for authors

Digest information

Authors are invited to submit 2-page digest, in line with the themes of the conference. Digest Templates in word and latex format are available on website for abstract preparation.

All digest must be submitted in PDF format directly on the conference website via the online submission system. Digests sent via email or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged.

Authors will be informed of the status of their submission via e-mail on 01 June 2018.

Full-paper information

All the authors (from oral and poster contributions) are invited to submit their conference paper by 15 October at the latest. The conference paper is limited to 6 pages MAXIMUM including figures and references (over the limit of 6 pages, 50 € per additional page will be charged to authors). The papers received after the afore mentioned date will not be considered for the journal. The full paper is to be submitted in PDF format directly on the conference website.

For that purpose, authors are required to prepare their manuscript in accordance with the IJAEM instructions for regular submission (see at : https://www.iospress.nl/journal/international-journal-of-applied-electromagnetics-and-mechanics/). The extended papers will undergo a peer-review process. The accepted contributions will be included in a special issue of the International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics (IOS Press).
